As a 2nd line support engineer you are the connecting factor between the 1st line support engineer and the developers. You are mainly concerned with solving technical and IT-related problems that our customers experience with our software. You provide support on our software to our customers. With this you support the first-line support engineers in solving problems that our customers encounter with our software. As an IT support employee, you also solve errors in the program code and you help develop extensions to our software. As a support engineer you also get the opportunity to guarantee the structural bottlenecks in the quality of our products and to find solutions for problems that customers encounter.

We are looking for support engineers who have completed a relevant MBO or HBO IT education or have the necessary practical experience as a .NET developer or C # developer. .
